If the green arrow doesn't appear to allow you to progress a candidate and log their employer interview, you may have specified some questions need answering.
It's great that you want to progress a candidate to the employer interview arranged stage, but occasionally the green arrow may disappear meaning you can't move your candidates here.
This happens when you have specified 1 or 2 employer questions which you need answering before the employer interview. These questions have been logged on your vacancy details page (and can be removed easily here if the situation changes. Learn how to change your vacancy details here).
If the green arrow disappears and instead a blue i appears, clicking on the blue i will take you to the questions and answers needed. This means you need to contact the candidate and ask for the answers to these questions for you to be able to add them into the system.
The answers are either a pass or fail. If for any reason, the candidate fails these questions, clicking into the warning logo on the ladder will allow you to change the answer if a repeat exercise is necessary.
If the candidate passes, you can simply move them up and arrange the interview.
If the questions are no longer needed, access your vacancy details page, delete the questions and press save.
