What is the manage ladder?

You will need to access the manage ladder to progress, fill and close your vacancies! But you can also download CV's and communicate with candidates too.

The manage ladder can be found on your Vacancy details page by pressing the button labelled Manage.

Here, you can progress candidates up the screening process to successful, make candidates unsuccessful, contact groups of shortlisted candidates, withdraw and remove a vacancy, forecast your potential success and download a group of candidate CV’s.
