What is a Learning Support Assistant role?
Using the LSA roles means that vacancies can be managed by two members of staff!
Learning Support Assistant roles allow a vacancy to be managed by two members of staff. So, both colleagues can work on the screening, but more importantly be notified about new applications and texts.
Ask your customer support manager to set this up for you. And when this has been completed access a vacancy which needs joint management.
Allocate the role to the recruiter, and under Learning Support Assistant add in the second colleague who will be working on the vacancy screening too.
