The Report consists of 4 tabs across the bottom; each is full of useful information to help you improve performance and track advert engagement.
Application Dashboard
Your Application Dashboard gives you an overview of your application data. You can set the date range, and even select a specific company and vacancy to analyse in more detail; allowing you to report on performance to your top employers! This tab shows information on:
- Advert views
- Applications
- Views to application conversion rate
- Total adverts advertised (some maybe hidden)
- Total vacancies advertised
- Application diversity
- Application by month
Each section can be expanded to be viewed in more detail by pressing the Focus icon. And each page of the report can be saved or printed when needed too.
Application Process
This tab is the best place to find information on where your applications are coming from. This means you can gain insight on successful platforms and marketing campaigns. But what's more, it also shows the sources of successful candidates, so you can find your return on investment. This tab shows information on:
- Where your applications came from
- Where all candidates who were managed came from (including proactively sourced candidates)
- The source of successful candidates
- The journey of candidates from each source
And again, this page allows you to select a specific date range, as well as an employer and vacancy too.
Recruitment Dashboard
Need to track your recruiters performance and gain analysis to help improve it? The Recruitment Dashboard is the perfect place to see how your team, and each individual recruiter is doing. From advert engagement to fill rates, this tab is perfect to analyse performance. This tab includes information on:
- Active vacancies
- Adverts showing the employer details
- Adverts showing the employer logo
- Applications being managed
- Recruiters logging in
- Vacancy recruitment process
- Vacancies added
- Vacancies filled
- Vacancies withdrawn
- Applications still to be managed
- Text messages sent
- Candidates proactively sourced
- Fills, withdrawals and vacancies added per month
And, as you can select a specific date range, recruiter and framework, this report is useful when it's time for 1:1.
Recruitment Process
Need to see a list of live vacancies and gather insight on how you can improve them? The final tab on this report does just that! And we have made it easy to find common problems which disengage applicants, so you can quickly pin point what needs changing. You can use the filter on the table, or the selections at the top to see which specific vacancies need improving, as well as filtering by a particular recruiter and employer too. This page has information on:
- Current live vacancies
- Date vacancies were opened (with flag system to indicate hard to fills*)
- Vacancies being advertised rather than hidden
- Employers being shown
- Logos added
- Wage
- Current recruitment stage
- Applications still to manage
