My texts won't send and the mobile numbers are in grey!
When texting you may see that some candidate mobile numbers are showing in grey.
When sending a text, and you notice that some mobile numbers are in grey, this means you are unable to text them for another 7 days.
To reduce spamming we have certain rules in place. If you have already messaged a candidate in the last 7 days and they haven’t replied, they will be blocked from you contacting them again for 1 week.
Once it’s passed 7 days or they have replied, then you’ll be able to message them.
