How do I navigate my CRM?
Your CRM is easy to utilise. But here are some top tips on navigating your CRM on the TalentPortal.
To make things easy for you; your CRM dashboard is easy to navigate.
Your most recently added employers and contacts appear in the main section.
And you have the ability to search for other companies and contacts here too.
Want to view or change a record details? Simply click the view/edit button.

Scroll down and your dashboard also shows the recent notes added to your employer records too so you can easily catch up with your recent actions.

And the right hand side displays current tasks. Here you can toggle between looking at your own tasks, or tasks added by your colleagues. And you can add your new tasks here as well.
