As an administrator, you can change the questions your team will see when conducting a telephone interview with a candidate.
As an administrator, you can change the telephone interview questions.
This action will need to be discussed with your team and approved before submitting- but you are able to change the default telephone interview questions.
Just to remind you, colleagues can complete telephone interviews with candidates which create an interview score visible to your whole team. So by completing one interview, the score can be used for all future vacancies.
So, if you are changing the questions, remember to keep them generic for all programme levels and frameworks.
To change the questions, on your administration tab go to interview questions. To change the questions, press the blue pencil icon and add the new question- remembering to press save
These adapted questions will not be visible when a colleague begins their next telephone interview wth a candidate.
