How can I advertise a vacancy but hide it from candidates?

If you need to temporarily hide a vacancy from candidates you can quickly do this by pressing "Don't advertise".

Add the vacancy as you normally would and then click the ‘Do not advertise on GMFJ’ box. This will mean that the vacancy is live and you can run proactive searches but no one will be able to apply for the vacancy as it will not be shown on the website or any other platform.

You can undo this action at any time.
