How can I forecast my success to help my pipeline?

You can use the forecasting feature on the Manage ladder to track your estimated success and help your team manage your pipeline.

On the manage ladder page, you are able to utilise the vacancy forecast. This is a great tool to estimate your fill rates and time in order to indicate your pipeline to senior management.

When on the Manage Ladder, you can really easily add in your estimated fill date and success rates.

So if the vacancy is temporarily on hold, the fill date would be a few weeks in the future, and the success rate may come down to 10%. However when the vacancy is live and you have loads of high quality candidates selected for interview, the fill date may be next week and the success rate could be 90%.

Senior management can then download their forecast reports to easily perceive your workload and pipeline.
