You can download the candidates personal CV and their profile straight from their profile page; as well as downloading groups of candidate CV's on the manage ladder too.
You can utilise the candidates profile to download a CV. On the right of their profile, select GET CV. You now have a couple of options. If the candidate has attached a personal CV to their profile it will be listed on the right. You can download these easily by clicking onto their title on the right hand side.
You can also press download CV to populate the candidates GetMyFirstJob profile into our CV template. This is a great way of quickly accessing a high quality CV's if they have completed their profile fully.
To export, simply select the floppy disk button and choose a format. We suggest either word, if you will be making a few changes before sending to the employer; or PDF, if you do not want the recipient to be able to adapt the document.
But did you realise you could download a group of candidate CV in one go? Simply access your manage ladder, select the candidate CV’s you require and press download cv- simple! And then the CV’s will be downloaded into a file.
