I can't see the right address in the employer locations drop down when adding a vacancy!

If you are adding a vacancy but can't see any or the right address on your drop down, the post code may be invalid.

If the address isn't appearing in the drop down when you are adding your vacancy, firstly make sure the right address has been added to the employer CRM record.

 

If the address is correct but still is not appearing on the drop down, the post code may not be in the database. The system sometimes fails to recognise post codes from new address’ and industrial estates. In this instance, you can edit the address on the CRM tab by using a slightly alternative post code. This can be somewhere on the same road/property.

You can always check back in a week or so to change the post code back to the correct one and see if the post code database has been updated.
