Welcome to the vacancy details page. Here you will create the vacancy advert.
Firstly, check the vacancy address is correct. Then complete the rest of the information!
Vacancy title
The first stage will pre-populate some information here, but we recommend improving this to incorporate more information. A longer job title, will help engagement on GoogleJobs and NAS require the word apprenticeship here. Replace 'business administrator' with 'business and admin apprentice level 3'.
Dates
Add the closing, interview and start date’s to help you with your customer management.
Remember to update the start date regularly as this is shown on the vacancy advert.
When the closing date has passed, the vacancy advert will be hidden. This allows you to manage the candidates on your workflow and fill or close the role. If the vacancy close date is still in the past and the role has been hidden for 3 months, this will be automatically withdrawn. To keep your vacancy hide and live, keep the closing date in the future. We will notify you via email to inform you when a vacancy closing date is due.
Descriptions and formatting your fields
We have found a great short description is key to a successful vacancy advert; so make sure it’s engaging for potential candidates.
Full descriptions work best when you really paint a picture of what a day would look like for your candidates.
You can format your content using the bullet point or list by numbers to make your advert more engaging.
Employer questions
Does the employer have a couple of questions they want answering in the screening process? Add them in to your question 1 and 2 box.
Levy and Employer show boxes
Check the levy box if you are aware of the employer paying into their levy account; this will help with reporting later on.
And tick the show box to showcase the employer logo and name on the advert which increase applications by 50%
