This is because you have indicated that they require a telephone interview. If you click on the blue ‘I’ next to their head and shoulder icon, you will be able to complete a telephone interview with them on their profile. Once completed, you will then be able to move the up the management ladder.

If they no longer require a telephone interview, please unclick this option on the vacancy details page, and press save.
