Why is there a disability logo on my ladder now a candidate is at the interview stage?

When you progress a candidate to the employer interview stage, you may notice a disability logo appear if the candidate has added this information into their profile.

You may notice a disability logo next to some candidates at this stage. This notifies you, that the candidate has registered with a disability and may have problems accessing the interview location. At this point you need to contact the candidate to find out more information.
